Red Mountain Village 2006/2007 Winter Policies and Procedures
Please take the time to read the
following policies and procedures thoroughly so as to
avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments:
-Rates-
All rates are per night, based on
maximum occupancy indicated, and in
Canadian Dollars (unless otherwise stated).
Rates are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (8%), Federal
Goods and Services Tax (6%), and a Resort Tax (1%).
Taxes are subject to change.
-Deposit-
Deposit of the first night's accommodation,
including taxes, is due at the time of booking. Written
confirmation, in the form of an e-mail, is issued upon
receipt of deposit. This deposit is non refundable.
-Final Payment-
For all bookings, final payment is
due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
We debit your credit card of the final payment at this
time unless prior arrangements have been made. You will
receive written confirmation, in the form of an e-mail,
when your final payment has been debited.
-Cancellations and Revisions-
The deposit for the first night's
accommodation and the final payment are both non-refundable.
Should you wish to make changes to your reservations
during your stay (i.e. shorten stay), we cannot refund
any portion of your payment
Changes to your reservation can be made up to thirty
(30) days prior to arrival.
-Damage Waiver-
One individual per unit must sign
a Damage Waiver, complete with their credit card number.
By signing this waiver, this person is taking ultimate
responsibility for any damages, lost keys, broken or
missing contents, or extra charges to their accommodation
during their stay.
-Check in & out-
Check-in is from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm.
If you are arriving later than 7:00pm please contact
us and we will arrange your late check-in. Check-out
is at 10:00am. Arrangements for a later check out may
be made if possible.
-Pets and Smoking-
No pets are allowed in any of our
accommodations. If evidence of a pet is found inside
any unit, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your
account. All of our accommodations are non-smoking.
If evidence of smoking is found in a unit, a $200 cleaning
fee will be charged to your account.
-Group Rates-
Available on request.
-Method of Payment-
We accept Visa, Mastercard, certified
cheques and travelers cheques, cash.
-Red
MountainVillage Summer Policies and Procedures-
The Summer Policies
and Procedures are the same as the above except:
-Final
Payment-
For all bookings, final
payment is due upon arrival. We debit your credit card
for the remaining balance at this time. This payment
is non-refundable.
-Cancellations
and Revisions-
The first deposit is non-refundable,
though changes may be made to the reservation 30 days
prior to arrival. We cannot refund
any portion of the final payment if changes are made
to the reservation after your arrival.
-Check-in
& Check-out-
Check-in is from 3:00pm
unitl 7:00pm, if you will be arriving later than 7:00pm
please contact us and we will arrange your check-in.
Check-out is 11:00am. Arrangements for a later check-out
may be made if possible.
